Having only seen one OC, but seeing this maneuver multiple times by people at minor IDPA shooting competitions, I'd think it was a CC that got uncovered, and I might say "hey your CC is uncovered."

Basically a set of suspenders that work in reverse to keep your shirt tucked in, as opposed to keeping your pants from falling down. There are other variations of them as well, but they all do the same thing.

100% agree. This is covered in one of a dozen threads on the topic. It's not just OP doing this. If I closed every new OC thread that's already addressed OP, I'd be closing threads all day. But I'm just about there.
