I am a pool repair man here in s.a. most times when I tell people my job I get asked 'if its like in the movies'. Disappointingly, no, it is not. In 14 years the only action I've got was going home for a nooner. The whole stereotype I'd getting annoying...

Just curious what some of you guys do and what the stereotypes are?

I'm a white looking tallish salesman. I have good credit and bug the piss out of people who aren't customers. I show up with food to customers most times. Salesman stereotypes- drinks, fun, can be loud, can start a party, can be too NSFW at work.

Pretty stereotypical salesman and maybe redneck.

    Trucker serial killer
I guess the stereotypical trucker looks like larry the cable guy and wears flannel. I drive a lot and meet lots of people. Not one trucker has ever fit that stereotype

People tend to think pool guys all wear speedos and are tanned... Can't say either of those are true

I'm a Sr. Regional Engineering Facilities Manager for a Healthy living type food store chain. I run 92 stores in 7 states. I'm not sure what my so called stereotype is... Other than Smarta$$ here! LOL

I'm stereotypically me, because I had to read that title a few times before it made sense to me. :beat:
