Officer Found Not Guilty Of Charges Against Him Returns To Work

CORPUS CHRISTI - A Corpus Christi police officer found not guilty on charges of indecency with a child is expected to go back to work this week.
Ruben Ramirez went on trial in June after a 14-year-old girl claimed he stuck his hand down her pants when she was nine.
During his testimony, Ramirez said the only thing he ever did to the girl was give her a wedgie. After his verdict was read, Ramirez told KRIS 6 News his first priority was to get his job back.
Tuesday, Capt. Todd Green confirmed Ramirez will begin with the police department after he receives preliminary testing. He also received the maximum back pay allowable by law, which began on the date of his acquittal.

    Thanks for the update.

IIRC, he gave her a wedgie, showed her what a wedgie was, or how to give a wedgie ... or something along those lines.
that is correct, administered said wedgie and years later lost his job and who knows what else because of this crap, hope he gets some sort of a life back. at least the PD is taking him back and he got some back pay
