Funny thing, those answers on a test delayed my entry in to the Army. I retook it a month later and gave answers opposite of what I thought and they let me in, lol.

I've taken that thing for every department I ever applied or worked for. Some have 2 or 3 versions to ta kn e and they still hire quaking inntheir boots pussies who shoot people out of pussified fear.

I remember when I took a personality test at work. Then they required a color coded result to be posted on your desk.

I answered all the questions with the most aggressive choices. That was from being pissed at being required to take a test.

Got a mostly red display chart. When I quit that job for a better one they said they had high hopes for me given my personality test.

Of course, when giving the test, they said it would not be used for anything personnel related.

My lady works in personnel recruitment and the number and complexity of the on-line tests her candidates often are required is amazing.

Years ago I worked for a company and had to hire computer programmers but HR prohibited me from giving any kind of competency test, even a live whiteboard test.
Competency tests are still considered racist in a lot of companies.
