a Sears and Roebuck I just finished, stock is not perfect nor is the metal finish, I left it with the patina it had and had to put the barrels back on face.
The action works as it should and now the lock up is tight.
the barrel rib is marked "genuine armory steel".
Its a coach gun w/18 3/8" barrel.
when it warms up here in s central Montana I'll try a test fire with some 12gauge shorty rounds.
The 1st pic is before and the 2nd one is after I tightened up the lock up.
last one is the finished project
Chamber measurements are pretty easy. Cut a plastic card to match the diameter of the chamber. Push the trimmed card into the chamber and it will stop when it reaches the forcing cone.
Lemon squeezy.
