Anyone smoking with one of these? The hardware store had one out the other day. For some reason it grabbed my attention. Now I'm just intrigued. All the reviews are solid and everyone loves theirs on Utube. For $299... that's not a bad price. I have a charcoal and pellet grill, but I want something to tinker with. MIL gave me the green light for turkey duties Friday. Was thinking about hanging that sucker in my maybe new bronco.

Hmmm- looks interesting. I smoke with an OK Joe Outlander. Make sure you have high temp RTV and high temp felt to seal it up. I did a ton of mods on mine and it works great now. Leaked more smoke than not before. Too- don’t forget you’ll need to cook the “China” out of it. Then season it after. It’ll take some time so figure that into your smoking schedule.

I still do my smoking on a Weber charcoal grill but that one does look interesting.
