There was an OC rally in April at the WA state capitol. How many frightened people were there? None! How many of those who attended got accosted by the police? None! How many of them were followed and called all kinds of names by random people? None! Some people here are acting like minivan driving irrational soccer moms.

It sounds like they held an illegal raffle. There's a lot of things you can screw around with in Texas, illegal gambling isn't one of them. Just look for "raffle" on the Atty. Gen's site for more information.
