    I have not seen it, but there is supposedly an ordinance prohibiting open carry of long arms and,
    perhaps, one dealing with a round in the chamber. Unfortunately, I do not know the number of the ordinance.

    Here is a section dealing with a wide variety of places where carry is prohibited.

    This one (Sec. 21-16) deals with carrying a loaded rifle or shotgun.

    These provisions are plainly in violation of Art. 1, Sec. 23 which reserves the right to regulate these matters to the Legislature. "...but the Legislature shall have power, by law, to regulate the wearing of arms, with a view to prevent crime."
