Tuesday After Work Steel "Open House" on May 3rd, 6:00pm @ Dallas Pistol Club

    Open to members AND non-members!

TAW 101 - Intro to TAW.
We review the game, range rules, safety procedures, etc.
We set 3 fairly simple TAW style stages.
Depending upon attendance, we plan for everyone to shoot each stage.
    No scores are recorded.
The RO's "coach" shooters thru the stages (as necessary).

We had 40 attend the Intro in TAW in 2010.
20 returned for the first event of the season the following Tuesday.

I'm not sure what this is. It looks similar to an IDPA type setting. What is TAW stand for?

    Tuesday After Work (TAW).
It's like IDPA in that the course description specifies from where you can shoot each target.
It's like USPSA in that reloads can be made anywhere, no need for cover.
It's like Steel Challenge in that all targets are steel - some are knock down, most are static, square/rectangle/round/poppers.
