Sold all of my .45 ACP ammo, brass, bullets and primers today so that I could: A) Buy some SD ammo for my G22, B) Give the wife some money to pay a bill off, and C) Get in good with an acquaitance of mine so that I can go hunting on his place this season.
Ordered a couple boxes of Winchester Ranger 165 gr T-Series, and a couple boxes of Federal 165 gr HST. Cant wait to get this stuff in and try it out. I just hate shooting such damned fine ammo unless need be, but functionality is always a plus in my book, and a minimum of 100 rounds of each through the gun is my policy. Hopefully it will work out, but I havent found many brands and styles of ammo that a Glock wont feed, but it does happen.
