The "leaders" in Multnomah County got on board that train too. Multnomah County is where the actual city of Portland is. I'm in the suburbs to the west in Washington County - which is a bit more conservative. Haven't read anything quite this stupid coming out of our county commission yet, but its getting more blue daily so who knows.

Lincoln County is one of our north-coast counties, sits about 90 miles southwest of Portland. Its got half the population in the whole county as the city I grew up near has. I'd be shocked if there were more than 3 or 4 black people living in that whole damn county. It's mostly white, with hispanics and natives as the next largest groups of ethnicity. There's an indian casino in Lincoln City, so thats probably why they exempted the 'people of color' - but tribal land isn't subject to the governor's edicts.
