Outdoor ranges in North Dallas?

I went to the Frisco Gun Club yesterday (a Thursday) at 11AM, there was a 3 HOUR wait for the rifle range. WTF?? Great to have a nice range so close to home, sucks you can never get in.

Most people should skip going to their rifle range period.

You might check out Bass Pro near DFW airport. They have a 100 yd indoor rifle range in the basement that might serve your purposes. Certainly, it makes sense in 100+ degree weather or rain.
