    Its more on the insulin response. Sorry if I misled you Cam. Didnt mean to

    I know it sounds weird but some very lean proteins will cause an insulin spike when eaten alone..unless paired with some fats..

    As in egg whites..verses eating the whole egg.

    I only mentioned that because I think i remember you saying you are /were diabetic.

    watch the short video..about the benefits of the whole egg versus just the whites.

    Don't worry about whole eggs causing bad cholesterol.
    Thats from the same government guidelines that say you should eat 65% of your calories from carbohydrates

    15 years ago, the "large" drink you would get at McDonalds/BK/Fast Food chain is roughly equivalent to today's small. I always order small meal with my burger and it's crazy how big that drink continues to get every year.

    It's tough because when you get used to overeating essentially your body gets accustomed to that and has a hard time telling your body when it is actually full vs when you feel full.

    Making small changes at a time and slowly incorporating some exercise is the best medicine.
