Wow, I guess I need bigger pockets. I can pocket carry my LCP but not so much my P365. It's in waistband.
It fits in the front pocket of my wranglers. No room for anything else though.
I'd go with the XL because 1. no primer drag and 2. comes ready to receive a RDS, thus, more future proof than the standard 365
I have the 365 SAS which is a sweet pistol. I also have the XL. My trigger finger has some arthritis and is crooked so the SAS is getting a flat trigger that works better for me.
I bought our son, a police detective & local ATF Liaison Officer, the P365 for off-duty & back-up-carry, with pocket & belt holsters. He likes it both ways. Says it shoots better than any of our GLOCK's.(Or, 1911's)
