Yes this kit will work with the Wilson Combat P365x Macro grip module, I was just on the Wilson Combat website and checked.
**The Wilson Combat P365 X-MACRO modules do not come with interchangeable backstraps. Instead, we offer the ability to install our Grip Weight Kit (NW734).**
