Panzer BP12

I have a Panzer Arms BP 12 Gen2 and I can't find anyone that sells parts. I even emailed the company and the info they gave me was inaccurate. Anybody know how to obtain parts for these?

I'll look at mine when I get home and look for a solution. BTW, if I recall correctly, it's a stout little charging handle. how did you bend it?

seems to be an easy to machine part. Here are the critical dimensions. the handle can be whatever. the depth of the half moon is .05

I think it might have been bent when i got it. It's NEVER been easy to remove and putting it back in was a pain. I had to whack it with some channel-locks to get it in. Thank you for the feedback

Big problem with these Turkish shotguns is replacement parts.

I have a BP12 from SDS Imports, it had some function issues initially so I found out about their warranty support. Was good for me, but on the slow side at 5+ weeks to turn it around. They paid shipping both ways, best part is the gun functioned perfectly with any 12 ga load I could find from 1 oz #9 to 3" 00 buck (although one mag of these was plenty!) after the repair, although they wouldn't tell me what they replaced to fix it. I've enjoyed it immensely shooting steel plates and I'm as fast with it as I am with my 9mm SIG P320.

Problem is last time out, with over 500 rounds through it since its repair, the "Extractor Spring Pin" broke turning it into a single shot. Contacted SDS customer service again, seems my 1 year warranty has expired (they didn't extend it for the time they had it for repair). So I figure no big deal I'll just buy the part.

Seems parts for these are unobtainium as they seem to be a different model with every batch that is imported. Here is their reply:

We no longer import the M12 so if the part is not listed on the website it cannot be sold either. We have to request warranties from our manufacturer and can only do so if the customer has a receipt that is within warranty. There is nothing I can do.

The only internal parts on their website are for their Tisas 1911 pistols. So buyer beware! I found this forum searching for BP12 parts and joined so I could add my experience to the thread.

So when you have car trouble, the solution is "Just get a Lexus" right?

Not to mention The Benelli M4 runs about 7X what I paid for the BP12 and they are completely different animals. -- tube fed "traditional" (except for the stock) vs. box mag fed bullpup.

I love the way the BP12 shoots and handles, I made a replacement for the Extractor Spring Pin and it appears to function fine, but I didn't get to run a lot of rounds through it today as it seems I didn't get the barrel nut tight enough and it was coming unscrewed as I shot, but it did run two 5-round mags without issue, before I saw what was happening. When it gets loose the for-end wobbles, if you tighten the front nut it seems fine for a few rounds until it is loose again, keep repeating it and eventually you'll get feed failures and finally it doesn't go into battery and you get click with no mark on the primer as the barrel creeps forward.
