The issue it the Executive branch would be the ones to carry out or resist the ruling and I know of no mechanism to compel the Executive to obey should they choose not to.

Good point. I guess it would fall to the "new" Congress to impeach and prosecute for removal in the Senate. That should be possible given that the Governors will be appointing the replacement Senators and there are more R Governors than D.... and I just thought.... would the military come into play? The POTUS is the CIC... but if the SCOTUS rules that he no longer has the authority.... I guess they will have this all worked out if they rule to remove them...

Of course not. They cheated really hard and have been getting filthy rich and like all criminals, they will resist arrest. That shouldn't stop the SCOTUS from doing the right thing. I wish they had done the right thing and docketed the election cases in 2020 - it would have prevented the need for this. On the other hand... this will be extremely healthy for the Republic. And we are headed for far worse than anything this will cause... IMHO
