Patience Grasshopper

The wife has been enjoying Grasshopper cocktails lately.
Unfortunately the amount of green Creme de Menthe was more than the Creme de Cacao.
Lacking the Creme de Cacao I substituted Vanilla Vodka. She found it acceptable but, not better.
The next evening I still hadn't gotten to the liquor store so I used Pinnacle Whipped vodka for the substitute.
Glory and hallelujah!
She likes it better than the original.

My parent use to drink those in the late 60's. I remember because we got sips if we were behaving while they entertained.
