From what I heard on tv, you (politicians) are not allowed to take notes. However, the CIA can. Wonder how that is going to work out.

IIRC, they made politicians stop taking notes after someone (Clinton maybe!?) ditched a few Top Secret documents in a normal trash can. Big security no-no. Now they don't let the politicos have that kind of stuff.
