Pheasant hunt N TX

Guys, Im looking for a place or places to Pheasant hunt somewhere in N. Tx or the panhandle that doesn't charge an arm and a leg! I know that is difficult in this day, cheap does not = hunting but any of you guys know a decent not so expensive place you could turn me on to?

Aww man, this brings back memories. I haven't been pheasant hunting since I was 12 or so. We used to go to my uncle's farm which was between Dumas and Stratford about this time every year and have a huge pheasant roast! Man, I miss those days!

My friends dad used to have a bunch of hunters come in every year and stay at their B&B in Dalhart...not sure if they still do or not. Look up Carrolls Bed and Breakfast ((806) 249-6507). The owners name is John Carroll. He might be able to give you some names of guides there.
