I know i read somewhere in the paper work for my CHL that one of the photos needs to be signed but can't seem to find it now. I recieved them in the mail today and the instructor signed both photos. Do I need to sign one? Thanks for the help just do not want to cause any delays.

Your photos must be signed by you and the person who printed you (not necessarily your instructor). It's also a good idea to include your driver license number. The person who prints will usually write their certificate number at the bottom of the photo.
