Dude in what appears to be a stolen car is found passed out at the gas pumps, when he's awakened by the police, he tries starting the car with a screw driver (in plain view of them), goes for his gun, runs off into an apartment complex, pops off a shot at them, and winds up finding out what sort of prize fuckery of such nature will get.
