If you are a Maxim downstream customer, you are included

" the Court’s injunction extends to enjoin enforcement of the Final Rule against Maxim Defense Industries, LLC and all of its downstream customers whose interests it has represented since day one of this litigation."

I've never heard of this company. What brace did they make?

Some have mentioned the Sig brace and a couple others. All those are out of luck if a person owns one of those? Seems completely random.

ETA - nevermind. Found them on the web. Wonder why they were differentiated from other brace makers? Not really up on all this stuff, but very curious.

Those named are the ones that brought about the lawsuit. Like I said earlier send FPC $30.00 and your are a member. Many here would say you should have been already.

154 days today, if anyone besides me still cares...

I've had enough of this shit and I don't care about "poking the bear," I sent emails to Sens. Gonzales and Cruz with the details of my application and background.

A friend went through Gonzales' office for his delayed approvals on a couple of NFA items, and they talked with the ATF office who, like in my case, said it was "stuck at FBI background checks and they had no influence on it."

However, he got his two stamps approved about a week later.

Could've just been a coincidence, but you never know!
My poking the bear involves non-compliance aka exercising my natural rights protected by the 2nd amendment thereby declining to register or pay a tax for an item I already own and had permission and the right to have.

Not sure how following rules is poking the bear.

Paid for King's permission to excerise my rights to purchase and possess my suppressor and may even SBR a rifle, but I will not jump through any hoops due to the ATF's giving permission then revoking it.

The ATF is still advertising an average of 45 days for an eForm 1 approval!

Just waiting on an update from Sen Gonzales' office!
