New rule is going to be a boost for parts sales...Faxon just ran out of 16" 9mm AR barrels.
I picked up a 16 inch 300bo because of the rule.New rule is going to be a boost for parts sales...
Good backup plan. If it all shakes out of the bag in our favor, you have a spare, for another build.I picked up a 16 inch 300bo because of the rule.
Me tooReally hope you are right.
With 4+++ MILLION Braces, they are CLEARLY "COMMON USE" and I don't know why this isn't argued about AR's, or many other things, as this is the point-blank winning arguement, I believe, if you follow/know case-law regarding the 2A.
Okay, they are talking. But are they going to DO anything to stop it.
Out of the House? If someone introduced a bill and it came up for a vote, maybe. Senate? Never. You really think anything on this will make it out of the House, much less the Senate?
Could you post a link to where you're watching that? I'd like to, as well. Thanks! The Cogress alone can hurt the ATF thru funding
But the only real lasting remedy to this horseshit is the courts.
Very interested in the lawsuit out of Connecticut. That state and other with existing AWBs are effected now due the unlawful ATF reclassification of "other"
Essentially tens of thousands of those gun owners are now felons before the 120 day limit because of how the ATF rule is worded plus the existing AWB in those states
This is the suit I am following closely
There are several good avenues that the courts could and should rule against this fukery
This will tell you whats important in a short video.Could you post a link to where you're watching that? I'd like to, as well. Thanks!
