Not exactly pocket but a Shield 9mm is very thin. It is single stack. Very easy to in waist band carry.

Very true, but my Shield can pocket carry fine in some of my cargo shorts. It depends on the inside width and depth of the pockets. The trick is to find pockets that allow pulling the pistol out easily without snagging on the sights and grip.

And for what it's worth, I traded for used 938 SAS a few weeks ago but not sure if I'll keep it just yet. It shoots fine but my Shield has a pretty good trigger with no safety to worry about.

I own an XDS 3.3 9mm and it's around 30oz loaded which seems a bit heavy for pocket carry. I carry a Kahr CM9 in my pocket which is much lighter and it shoots/feels like the XDS.

Its 26 ounces loaded with a 7 round magazine and 1 in the chamber. It feels okay to me in my pocket, its about 6 ounces more than the kahr cm9 loaded. I'll take the extra 6 ounces for an additional round.
