    Live PD officer called because a guy was waving a gun from his truck. Traffic stop, guy jumps out of the truck, wouldn't do as told. Backup pulls out a gun, guy was acting irrational. Now the guy yells "I have mental problems are you going to shoot me?". Take him to the ground, after cuffing him, open truck door a long gun falls out.
