Of course! ALL income - illegal drugs, illegal aliens, and bribes - are all taxable. That is how they got Al Capone, for failing to declare income and pay taxes on it.

Some state(s) now have a tax stamp for illegal drug sales. If a dealer is caught without it, then they are charged with tax evasion. It is just something else to charge them for but, perhaps, it is something that will keep them in jail after the legalization of drugs.

Surely I am not the only one that remembers Bob Bullock flying around the state locking up businesses - large and small - for non-payment of sales taxes. He even used a helicopter in some of the "raids".
