CA jury pools are created from registered voters AND anyone with a drivers license of ID card. The latter are available in CA to illegals. I'd agree that's bad too but it doesn't imply that non-citizens are on the voter rolls.

You left out the part where, if the person applying for a drivers license does not tell the DMV they are not a citizen, they are automatically registered to vote. So many people who are neither citizens nor eligible to vote are on both the voting rolls and the list to be called for jury duty.

1) I assume you meant DPS and not DMV?
2) For several years now, you have had to provide proof of citizenship at the TX DPS. Not sure about libtard states, each state has its own laws.
