650 yards. 1.5" steel plate. First shot 649gr API, second shot 750gr Amax.

Nice shooting. Do you know if that is AR500 steel? How much damage did the API do? Any more than the AMAX?

I believe that is the saddest looking teddy bear I have ever seen in my life.

I believe that is the saddest looking teddy bear I have ever seen in my life.

Two API hit the target. The dot above the right eye is from an API that went in, then came back out. Couldn't find it on the ground. Left a perfect hole the shape of the core.

The second (shown in the vid first) stuck like a dart about an inch deep. Slight bulging on the back of the plate.

The AMAX turn to dust. No damage to the steel at all. But they do transfer a ton of energy.

    It wasn't AR500.

The API went in about an inch and welded itself in. The AMAX didn't do much at all. I was surprised how little it did even at 300 yrds, about as much as a 308.
