I'm wondering under what authority they are operating under to give them the right to take the flag down. Without an ordinance or statute, IMO they are crossing the line and infringing on his 1st Amendment rights. A complaint isn't an authority to infringe on someone's rights. Regardless of how offensive it may be.

State wise, they have nothing. I cited disorderly as the only thing state wide but it falls flat on its face. Maybe we are witnessing some hoa fuckery?

I thought about the possible HOA angle, but I don't think the local police department can enforce HOA rules unless it's something illegal. And violating an HOA rule is not criminal.

Neighbor here has one...some folks called the Sheriff and complained. The sheriff's office explained there is no laws or ordnances preventing him from flying a FJB flag......

Its been up for over a year now...............

btw........... it also says "and ffuck you for voting for him" across the bottom........

Sounds like liberal butthurt complaint. Mabe a line of trucks driving around town with the same flag?

Really, my question, that is left out of the article, was there a court order to remove and sieze the flag? If not, it needs to go straight to the DAs office and the State AG. Then he needs to be looking out of county for an attorney.
