I dunno about that.... I survived a fall off an 8' ladder. Make that an 80' ladder and the odds of me surviving diminish greatly!

It takes time to overcome drag and reach terminal velocity. Height does matter. A human doesn't reach terminal velocity in eight feet.

Easy guys. I don't want a full blown physics fight breaking out here. My college ptsd has only recently been manageable. And for God sake, don't no one jump if a building just to prove the other guy wrong.

I would have to question suggesting to a person that the world would be a better place if they jumped off a building. Having said that though, I (and others) do not consider communists, socialists, or whatever the devil this "lady" is as people, and, subsequently, have no problem being one to yell "JUMP"!

And I had a friend fall from a step ladder in his garage.

Died 3 days later from injuries suffered.

So yeah height dont matter sticking the landing does.
