Reunion Attendance and Rules

This is an UPPER build for a friend of VMAX who has left on deployment and hasnt finished his rifle. Please scan the thread if you havent seen this thread before. Most everything is spoken for but any and all comers are welcome. If you have something to donate to the cause you must either get it to the reunion via yourself, by others, mail, ship to VMAX in advance, slow boat, ponyexpress, etc.

If you wish to donate please dont hesitate even if it is spoken for. I kinda like to have a Plan"B" in place for things.

Ammo is always a plus. Cashola can be passed on.

If your not going to make the reunion then please forward goods to someone local to you who is attending.

Sounds good. Ill bring the full boat. Tools, Torque Wrench, AR wrenchs, Dremel and all the tips, cleaning/oiling stuff, sandpapers, calipers, punch/drills to set the gas block if yall want, etc etc.

Appropriate bits should include forward assist w/spring, cover, rod, spring.

While I didnt set that apart I believe Big Green has it covered.

Doesnt hurt to make sure......How boutcha @Big Green?

Betcha @Davetex has some of that in his parts bucket.

We're all good.

Double checked with Big Green and he has it allllll together.

Ill bring my AR as a guaranteed Plan "D" and we can strip anything we need/come up short on, off of it. Never know what may happen in travels etc.

I think it has a JP spring in it......

Just a thank you to everyone who has generously chipped in on thos project.
I have the EoTech that Moonpie sent so when I present the rifle my plan was to let him install it and sight it in just to have fun.
I will be attending my military unit's 2nd reunion in Grapevine Friday and Saturday otherwise I would be there with you guys.
I appreciate all of you and I cant wait to hand this young man an awesome rifle on the behalf of all of us, when he returns from deployment.
