Sure. Now legally define "blatantly" to a standard prosecutors and juries can use to convict.

just out of curiosity, what's the cargo capacity from a drone?? say like the one pictured in the article. I can see dropping a grenade, or other IED but not capable of holding a serious caliber fire arm. between payload weight and recoil, not that somebody won't try it.

Hooking a gun up to a drone would require electronic/mechanical means to pull the trigger/fire a cartridge. This is considered manufacturing a machine gun, which is already illegal for nearly everyone.

Pointless, redundant legislation.

I'm pretty sure if an average joe is able to shoot down a drone with a small arm, then that person deserves some kind of prize, not jail time lol.
