Saw one of these http://www.precisionsmallarms.com/ at Pruitt's today. Maybe I don't get out enough, don't read gun rags or whatever. But I had no idea that an American made .25 copy of the FN/Browning circa 1960's was being put on the market.

Please no ".25's are useless" answers. I'm just curious about the five hundred dollar mini-pistol that just seemed to come out of nowhere. Has anyone fired one?

I had a Baby Browning .25 with real mother of pearl grips. Traded it plus some cash for a Glock19.

    Thanks for the reply.

Had one too. I know they are not serious self-defense weapons but they were the last of the imports before GCA68. Several US manufacturers have reproduced them since but this one seems to be making a very expensive handgun for a limited market.

They must be out there as collector's items. Note the "legal ivory" grips on the top end model!

They sure look pretty. Of course so do most guns. ... . .. . .My Glock is even starting to grow on me. Maybe my vision is going.

They look nice, what was the asking price you saw? Which finish did it have?

    Thanks

The one at Pruitt's is over five hundred fifty. The web site lists several that retail in the thousands (ouch). I'm not interested at those prices.

I have one (fabrique). It's a good little gun. Mine is blue. Seven shots of hollow point hurts even in .25. I'll sell it cheap!
