Just wanted to let everyone know about the experience I had recently with Palmetto State Armory. I purchased a PSAK-47 Gen 2 MOE back in January of this year. Rifle has been 100% through about 1,000 rounds now and has really held up great. Last range trip though, the mag release pin came loose and worked its way out. I contacted PSA and they asked no questions, said send it in and sent me a prepaid shipping label. It was shipped back to me in about 10 days after they got it. Mag release was repaired, rifle was cleaned and they included 2 PMAGs and a hat for the trouble. That was a nice touch for sure! Glad I went with PSA for my AK.

I don’t expect companies to throw in free stuff with a warranty repair, but it sure sets them apart when they do.

They sent me an extra charging handle and when I told them I would send it back, they told me not to worry about it

I've been buying parts, AR uppers & lowers, guns from them for over 5 years. Any problems encountered had been handled well. Just take care of it in a timely manner. So far good experiences. They have been improving in many ways.

Similar PSA customer service experience. I did my first AR build this year with a PSA barreled upper and anderson lower. First range trip, the forward assist assembly came apart--which left the assembly loose in the receiver and would jam against the bolt--range trip was over. I emailed PSA, they asked for the order number for the upper, and promptly gave me the option of sending it back for repair, or sending me a new forward assist assembly. I asked for the assembly and installed it myself. Assembly came in 2 days. That is the way to take care of customers.
