Grilled wings. Half lemon pepper half Cajun. Also tossed a bread roll on the grill to warm up. My boys are getting better at eating the meat like a cave man. It makes less work for me. Otherwise I spend dinner pealing meat from the bone.

I ate some leftover meatloaf earlier, but had tuna fish sandwiches, Cheetos and a Mtn. Dew for dinner tonight. Nothing fancy, but it was pretty good.

Had a batch of boneless thighs for supper. Wrapped up the leftovers.
Forget about the thread, until it was bumped.

I had 4, and a huge salad, I think the GF had 2.

Separated 3lbs of whole chicken wings into flats and drums, seasoned and put on the smoker for a few hours.

Pulled them off to rest for about 45 mins and finished them at 700* to crisp up the skin. Steak fries on the side.

I put the rest of them in my belly.

The wife is flying out to visit her Mom for Mother's Day saturday mornin.
Picked up 2lbs 0f shrimp and a pound of crawfish tails. Dinner saturday night will be etouffee. Some fresh Bluegill fillets would go nice in there.
