I'm trying to remove the Laserguard from my S&W. I've tried using the .050 Allen wrenches they supplied, but they seem too small as they just spin without grabbing the screw heads. The guard came installed. Dunno if they stripped out the screw heads at the factory when installing or what's going on. Was wondering if anyone knows what size head these things are, or if they are phillips, torx, etc. Heading to Home Depot now to grab some small torx and small screwdrivers as all of mine have "disappeared". Thanks in advance.

Those wrenches are for adjusting the point of aim.

You'll need to get the correct size to remove the unit.

I tried all of the smallest Allen wrenches, torx, and screwdrivers I could buy, they were either too big or too small, I couldn't get a bite on them with anything. I ended up drilling them out.
