    It’s not worth the conversation anymore. When people believe In something so blindly it’s irrelevant. We can break down how a da could and probably would use a bos to fuel a conviction but it doesn’t really sink in.
    maybe whenthey are on the wrong side of the bars they might wish they had paid closer attention to thesethreads about using a bos for gunsmost likely iwould not be alocal da pushing the charges but a federal prosecutor amost of them have a 98%or better conviction rate

    Hell, we can( and have in many other threads) posted cases where this was the linchpin for a successful federal prosecution and it won’t alter their feelz to see the truth.
