I orded a complete lower and a stripped lower from RRA through an FFL. I know that they are a bit slow right now.

If say, in a month, an assult weapon's ban passes, preventing the sale of all scary, black rifles, can they keep me from picking up my rifle parts from the FFL?

I paid for the parts, though he didn't add in tax nor shipping.

    Thanks

to answer your question though....it would just depend on what the new law said.
while we need to be aware of what we are facing, Code 3 is right that it will be well into BHO's term before we see anything...remember that the president doesn't introduce legislation, he only signs it into law.

I apologize if I sounded rude. The panic/hysteria is starting to take its toll. Nothing will be drafted up that quick, and like texascop2 said, the prez only signs it, not introduces it. The economy will be issue #1 for a good while. That'd be kinda tough to ponder since yes, you did pay for the goods, but would it really count as an already purchased gun since (i'm guessing) the 4473 hasnt been submitted yet.

No Problem. I can believe you on the hysteria rubbing everyone the wrong way. It is kind of annoying to see people trying to sell bushmasters for $1700 when you can buy them new for about half that.

    Thanks

I hear ya. I'm not for price gouging by any means, but if someone is dumb enough, maybe they deserve to pay that much! :)
