Question on misdemeanor

12/04/2008 I was arrested and received a class b misdemeanor. 10/07/2009 I was placed on deferred, I completed probation and community service with no issues. The status on the case now says "disposed". Am I eligible to get my license? If not is the 5 year wait from the date of arrest or from the day I was placed on deferred? Thanks in advance for the help!

You are eligible after 10/7/14, unless it was domestic violence.

It is from date you were placed on probation.
