QUESTION

I’ve got a new i-Pad “5”, which I want to use instead of a laptop. My old computer had the TGT Logo on the “desktop”, but I can’t figure how to get it on this new i-Pad’s home screen.

I bet it’s something simple, but I’d appreciate advice on “hot-to”.

Save the logo as a picture to Photos.

Select the picture in Photos.

Tap the send button on the bottom left, scroll down and select Make Wallpaper.

I gather you want an icon on your homescreen that will access the TGT forum...

I don't use an i-product, but on android, if you have a browser tab to TGT open, you can go to the triple dot pulldown menu in the upper right hand of the browser and select "Add to homescreen" to add an icon...

Same idea for iOS. From the page you want click on send and then scroll down to Add to Home Screen.

Correct, but as there is no TGT “App”, and above doesn’t work, I’m stuck.

Open Safari on your phone

Open TGT in Safari

Go to New Posts

Scroll up a bit

At the bottom, below the URL, click on the send (box with an arrow pointing up) icon

Scroll down and pick Add to Home Screen
