Quick trip to LBJ Grasslands near Decatur looking for spring Turkey

Didn't see anything..no sign of turkey..they have done some controlled burns since 2021 and I think they have pushed alot of small game out for awhile.
We scouted 3 areas and saw a few bobcat tracks..a few coon here and there and some whitetail
Had a pig come near the tent about 5am..that was interesting..

Nice place to hang out but we need more time to scout it out for game

On Saturday mornings more Brad's and Jessica's show up from Ft Worth to walk their dogs.. but at night it's nice and peaceful
