"They don't really have any positive effect on the film," she said. "They only exist to talk in bad ebonics, beat each other up and talk about how stupid each other is."

    LOL What is bad ebonics?

Bad ebonics is when a white director or screenwriter comes up with it, but when it's on BET, or a Spike Lee film then it's ok. I don't know about you guys, but the double standard is getting old. This might be a little off topic, but I recently saw that race was brought up in some rap fued between a mexican rapper and Snoop Dogg. In a response to snoop dogg the mexican rapper used the "N" word, and some people were saying how could you call him that. His response was, why does he call himself that? (the "Nword") I thought it was pretty clever, there was no return response after he made that point. Hope this isn't too controversial for this place, but I thought it was funny.

I saw the movie today and thought it was to long with alot of scenes
that could have been cut much better.
I guess that I'am not far enough along in my 2nd childhood to enjoy
movies for 10 year olds with a few adult scenes thrown in.
My wife almost fell asleep watching it also.

Technically, white is the presence of all colors of the spectrum.

    Cracker McSaltine.

actually black can be both depending on how you are inferring it...

OK, here it is. When we are talking about light, black is the absence of color. That is why the only way to create black on a TV pixel is to turn off the pixel. When we are talking about paint, different colors must be mixed to create the black paint, making it the presence of all colors.

I got a lot out of my wife's education.
