Raffle?

Thought i posted this already but i guess i was in bad cell reception area...

Could one do a raffle through this forum? If so how might one go about doing that? I ask because my sister has a charity and id like to help a little.

Someone with more experience will surely chime in, but for now I'll simply mention Texas has some fairly weird laws regarding raffles you need to be familiar with before deciding it's a good idea.
