Is there a rally at the State Capitol on Feb 23rd/Saturday?

I haven't seen anything for the State Capital, however I did see that there is one in Belton.
Belton County Day of Resistance Rally
Location: Confederate Park on I-35 (Take Central exit, go south on service road approx. one half mile. Park is on the right.).
Time: 10:00am until 4:00pm

Today is the Save Texas Schools rally at the capital. Don't know anything about 2A.
