    I learned that in 1977 with a M60 machine gun. We didn't shoot down wimpy little trees like that though. I mowed down a number of large pine trees on Ft. Bragg, even though we were told not to shoot at the trees or animals down range.

    I had no choice. I was given ammo and told to fire. I did and enjoyed it! The trees were being demolished by bombs, artillery, tanks and mortars and such anyway. The taxpayers funded my whole life for 4 years as that was the agreement I signed with them. They got a much better deal than I did.
