My brother (up North) prefers a 20ga with slugs for deer. Flatter shooting than a 12ga I guess. Best I can do to help.

    Well, besides recommend a rifle.

Got Rifle, but them little suckers are twitchy. Styrofoam bodies bounce around in just a little breeze. I'm thinking Goose or single 0.

    Punt gun?
Yeah, but then you have to decide if you want it shoulder-fired or mounted. The punt guns small enough to fire from the shoulder won't have the reach. The really big ones will require fabricating an anti-aircraft mount.

    Might be a fun project...;)
