I have shot with a similar lollipop type night sights on my brother inlaws Colt New Agent Talo Edition.Its a real straight shooter, and a good sight picture was easy to acquire after some pratice.But that type of sight was not for me.
He loves it, but I wasn't a fan personally. And although I have no experience with a xs big dot system. I can say I will never buy them.

I have them on my shield, very happy w them snd believe in the concept. Imo next best thing is laser sight, just put viridian c5l green on my wife's xds. Will ge putting them on my and MIL shield as well
