    That place east of Waco....
    Took the family to the Dr. Pepper Museum in Waco today. Apparently, Karen is the Curator, and she thinks the Mayor is the God Emperor....

    Nice place, but Dublin might have been worth the drive.

    Went to another of my doctors yesterday. He had the mandated big mask required sign on the door, but I didn't have a problem. This is the one doctor who encourages concealed carry in his office. Also seeing him is not the downer the others make me feel. It has been a good week.

    Spent almost an hour at Lowe's this afternoon. There were about 10 people, including me, without masks. Everyone else was still wearing them. No one said a thing to me.

    Here’s my data point of 1 for today.

    HEB stop in Leon Springs: no change from last week;
    Faggoty lunch chain my wife wanted to eat at: zero signage, fullest it’s been in a year, very few masks on customers entering/exiting, moving about the space;
    Barber shop: never put a mask sign up, decided on day 1 that they could re-open back in May that it was a personal choice. The owners are just plain good people and didn’t particularly care they got shut down for a month and had to get fast food jobs to pay the bills;
    (well known, nationwide chain) Gym: announced last week they weren’t continuing with mask/temp check/signage and a bunch of the other bullshit. Very few masks.
    Chik-Fil-A: no different than last time
