remington 592 5mm

my dad is giving me a remington 592, that supposedly has some problems I know it needs the tube, I dunno what else, havent got it from him yet. I am going to need some help tracking down parts, if any of you knows where one of 32,000 of these things are laying around in less than steller shape maybe we can do business on it. I plan on refinishing the stock and rebluing the gun. I thougght this thing would look super cool with cch action. so maybe I could get some help if someone willing to offer some advice. when it finished I have a redfiels 2.5x power that I plan on throwing on it. lets talk about it. I will post pics asap.

thanks for the info. i ordered a mag tube from numrich, 17 bucks FANTASTIC deal. action is a lil rough kinda hangs up going in and going down. trigger is HEAVY
